Printed Matter

Due to the nature of printed matter, we can’t confirm that a book hasn’t been used when it is returned.  As such, we cannot accept returns on books.

Downloads

Downloads are a bit less tricky.  If you’ve downloaded it, we can’t confirm whether or not it has been used.  As such, once downloaded, we cannot offer a refund for the downloaded matter.

If we can confirm that you’ve been unable to download any purchase within 72 hours of purchase, we can issue a refund for that download.
